A.J. Puk recently underwent an MRI that revealed a left shoulder capsule sprain, and he has been shut down for four weeks. (MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Puk underwent an internal brace procedure in June 2025 with hopes of returning in the middle of this season. However, he suffered a setback following his second rehab outing with Triple-A Reno and has been shut down from throwing for four weeks. He does not currently have a timetable for his return.
