Dominic Smith drives in three runs Thursday evening

Dominic Smith went 1-for-4 with a three-run double in Thursday's 11-5 loss to the Cardinals.

Fantasy Impact:

With the Braves facing an early three-run deficit, their offense briefly came to life in the first inning Thursday, scoring five while bringing 10 batters to the plate. Smith delivered the big knock of the inning, as he stepped up with the bases loaded and rifled a liner off the foot of St. Louis pitcher Dustin May. The ball would ricochet all the way into right field and clear the bases. Smith is now up to 35 RBI on the year, and perhaps he can snap out of a long cold streak.
