Tigers manager A.J Hinch said Tarik Skubal is “tentatively” lined up to pitch Sunday against the Phillies just before All-Star break. (Jason Beck on Twitter)

Skubal will start on Tuesday as well. Hinch said it is dependent on how they use Keider Montero during the week.
