Fantasy Impact:
Jobe underwent Tommy John surgery last season and will now begin what is expected to be a lengthy rehab assignment. The right-hander has a 3.91 ERA and 41 strikeouts in 53 innings pitched at the MLB level in his career and will look to be an impact arm for Detroit down the stretch this season.
