Pena appeared for Triple-A Sugar Land in a rehab game on Tuesday, and went 1-for-4 with an RBI double. The 28-year-old has had trouble staying healthy this season, but has been productive when on the field, hitting .295 with six homers, eight stolen bases, and a .799 OPS across 48 games.
