Fantasy Impact:
Vientos suffered a fractured right hand after being hit by a pitch during Thursday's game against the Royals. He told reporters that he will need to wait for the bone to heal, which is expected to keep him sidelined for more than a month. In a corresponding move, the Mets selected Zack Short's contract from Triple-A Syracuse.
