Ian Seymour allowed two runs on seven hits and no walks while striking out nine across six innings in Monday's 13-9 win over the Colorado Rockies.
Fantasy Impact:
Despite pitching at Coors Field, Seymour limited the damage to just two runs, allowing an RBI triple to Willi Castro in the second inning and a solo home run to Ezequiel Tovar in the third. The left-hander struck out nine, his highest total since fanning 12 against the New York Yankees on July 7. He now owns a 4.27 ERA and 1.13 WHIP with 99 strikeouts across 84.1 innings this season. Seymour is scheduled to make his next start on Sunday against the Seattle Mariners.
