Framber Valdez allowed five hits and two walks while striking out five over seven scoreless innings in Thursday's win over the Mariners.
Fantasy Impact:
Valdez has settled down on the mound of late, allowing two earned runs or less in four of his last five contests. The left-hander remains one of the more inconsistent arms in the Tigers rotation to this point, posting a 4.17 ERA and 1.37 WHIP with a 7-7 record and 7.3 K/9 ratio across 23 starts.
