Cristian Javier allowed four earned runs on eight hits and one walk while striking out two over five innings in Sunday’s loss to the Padres.
Fantasy Impact:
Javier has struggled to miss opposing bats of late, allowing three earned runs or more in each of his last three starts. The right-hander remains another dismal option as part of a disappointing Astros rotation, posting a 6.68 ERA and 1.70 WHIP with a 1-3 record and .883 OPS allowed through 10 appearances.
