P.J. Tucker has been officially traded to the Toronto Raptors in exchange for Jared Sullinger and two second-round draft picks. Tucker has been a popular name in the rumor mill for teams like the Raptors and Celtics. T.J. Warren will see plenty of run with Tucker in Toronto. (Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter)
