Lauri Markkanen struggles to find looks in win over Wizards on Wednesday

Lauri Markkanen scored 13 points on 4-of-8, shooting 2-of-3 from deep and 3-of-4 from the charity stripe. He also grabbed eight boards and had an assist and a block in his 31 minutes.
Fantasy Impact:
Markkanen's struggles continued last night as this game pulled his January and season average to 15 points. He has had some roller coaster production this season, starting off red-hot (17.4 points in October), cooling off (11.9 points in November), picking up steam (17.6 points in December), and then leveling off in January. The young power forward seems to lack confidence, as he's only attempting 12 shots per game this year. He scored 26 points a couple of weeks ago on 18 attempts, and Bulls' fans and fantasy owners would like to see him do that more often. He'll get a shot to bounce back tomorrow against the 76er's. If you own him it might not be a bad idea to try and see if you can trade him for his name value, as his numbers aren't hitting his projections this season.
