by Dave Kluge | Grizzlies Correspondent | Mon, Jan 20th 9:18pm EST

Jaren Jackson Jr. put up 19 points on 7-of-15, making 3-of-8 from behind the arc and making half of his four free throw attempts. He grabbed six rebounds, had an assist, and blocked two shots. He played 30 minutes.

Fantasy Impact:

Jackson Jr. is averaging 18.5 points, 4.9 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 1.8 blocks this month, and he barely surpassed those marks tonight. The second-year forward out of Michigan State has been taken a backseat to Ja Morant lately but is still an extremely valuable fantasy asset. You can't help but realize the potential this core of young players is capable of when you watch them play. Jackson Jr. is a solid play in DFS and extremely valuable in dynasty leagues. Make a trade offer to try and pry him from his owner if you can.
