Harry Giles III gets the start and scores 10

by Dave Kluge | Lakers Correspondent | Fri, Mar 6th 9:31am EST

Harry Giles III recorded 10 points (5-8 FG), two rebounds, one assist, and one steal over 15 minutes in Thursday's 125-108 loss to the 76er's.

Fantasy Impact:

Giles III has been given his fair share of opportunity since Richaun Holmes has been injured and the Kings traded away Dewayne Dedmon, but that should come to an end this weekend when Holmes returns. Giles has had some solid production lately, scoring double digits in seven straight contests, including his first career double-double on January 22nd. Since Holmes suffered his injury on January 6th, Giles has averaged 8.4 points, 5.1 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 0.5 steals, and 0.4 blocks over 17.5 minutes. Compare that to the 4.6 points, 2.3 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 0.7 steals, and 0.3 blocks over 10.6 minutes he was averaging prior to Holmes's injury and it's clear that his value will disappear soon.
