Harrison Barnes Orlando bound after clearing coronavirus protocol

Harrison Barnes has successfully cleared the coronavirus protocol and is headed to Orlando to rejoin his teammates. Coach Luke Walton announced the good news on Friday, "He finished his Sacramento protocol, so he is on a flight to Orlando now …we're happy to be getting him in here." (Kings on NBCS on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

A stroke of good luck for the Kings as they appear to be having a difficult time getting in sync due to the negative impacts of the coronavirus and team injuries. Barnes is a vital piece to the team's first rotation; his versatility allows him to play both small forward and small-ball four. This season Barnes has averaged 34.9 minutes of playing time, 14.7 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 0.6 steals. Even though he doesn't have a high-ceiling, his manageable floor and price point keeps him in consideration as a capable value-play for DFS. He is also worth considering in all other fantasy formats as well, even though his acquisition, outside of deep-league play, may be more for depth potential instead of his starting potential for your roster.
