Terrence Ross scores 28 points in loss vs. Hawks

by Matthew MacKay | Thu, Mar 4th 7:05am EST

Terrence Ross scored 28 points (9-17 FG, 4-9 3PT, 6-6 FT) with five rebounds, four assists, a steal, and a turnover across 41 minutes during Wednesday's heartbreaking 115-112 loss against the Atlanta Hawks.

Fantasy Impact:

Ross got the start against the Hawks on Wednesday due to Evan Fournier (groin) sitting with a strained left groin. The veteran shooting guard rewarded fantasy managers with a 28 point performance, knocking down four triples and dishing four assists to generate solid production. Despite the five-game losing streak the Magic are riding, the All-Star break will give them time to get healthier and prepare for the Miami Heat next Thursday. Ross remains a viable Utility option in DFS contests moving forward and can be started in season leagues as well.
