Luke Kennard totaled 17 points (6-9 FG, 2-3 3PT, 3-3 FT), five rebounds, and one assist in the Clippers’ 111-102 win over the Magic on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact:

Kennard scored 17.0 points in the Clippers’ win over the Magic, putting up another solid scoring performance. I don't think it's a matter of talent but rather a matter of role positioning that contributes to his success or shortcomings. The Clippers have been scrambling all year to find the right combination to put a high-performing group on the floor; however, it hasn't been that easy to find the needed consistency to challenge for the Western "Crown." Should the Clippers find a way to build consistency in the scheme, Kennard could be a solid fantasy play any time the Clippers are on the slate. However, until that happens, we can continue to take a chance on his talent and ride the ebbs and flows of his consistent albeit unpredictable waves of production.
