Killian Hayes flirted with a double-double for the Pistons Wednesday night, dishing out nine assists and scoring 18 points (7-14 FG, 1-6 3PT, 3-3 FT) while also recording one steal, grabbing three rebounds, and blocking one shot in a 135-118 win over the Timberwolves.

Hayes has been a consistent playmaker of late for the Pistons, averaging 8.2 assists and 15.2 points per game over his last five games for the club. The 21-year-old has been solid as part of the starting five in Detroit with Cade Cunningham out for the season, averaging 9.8 points, 5.6 assists, and 1.2 steals per game to go along with a 19.5% usage rate so far this season.
