Derrick Rose (knee) leaves Tuesday's game with left peteller tendinitis

by Rob Schwarz, Jr. | Grizzlies Correspondent | Wed, Jan 13th 9:16am EST

Derrick Rose finished with nine points, one rebound, three assists and a steal. He left in the fourth quarter with an apparent knee injury. He missed time throughout the game as he rode a stationary bike and rubbed a device on his knee to try and loosen things up. Rose said the team and he are just being cautious. He said his knee just did not feel right. He will be reevaluated on Wednesday. (ESPN)

Fantasy Impact:

This is not good news. Rose is not the MVP player he was in the past, but he will be needed for the Bulls to compete late in the playoffs. Rose is not a guy you can just drop. Hopefully you have an injured player spot on your roster, if not you will have to wait and see how many games Rose might miss.
