Derrick Rose has subpar night in his return Wednesday

Derrick Rose had a one game absence on Monday due to general soreness. He returned Wednesday and had a non-dominant performance. With Jimmy Butler out, Rose only scored 14 points and handed out only three assists.
Fantasy Impact:
Rose should be consistently playing better with Jimmy Butler on the shelf. He is still a solid DFS option with his salary relatively low on most sites, but his value in yearly is much lower. He should still be owned in all leagues based on his minutes and usage, but do not expect Rose to be the reason you make your fantasy playoffs.
