Svi Mykhailiuk scored 14 points (5-8 FG, 4-5 3P) with a rebound, three assists, and a steal in the Jazz’s 135-119 loss to the Blazers.

Fantasy Impact: Mykhailiuk has been on a roll leading up to the All-Star break, scoring at least 14 points in three straight games. It’s questionable whether or not he can sustain that momentum, and for now he’s best left on waivers.

Jaren Jackson Jr. (knee) is likely to miss the rest of the regular season so he can undergo surgery on his left knee. (Source: Chris Haynes on X)

Fantasy Impact: It’s a tough blow for the Jazz fans, as they were just getting to see the potential of this team with JJJ on it. The team itself benefits from it, albeit a in a sort of twisted way, because they can now tank easier. Fantasy managers can choose to hold on, but given how things are for the Jazz, he’s likely done for the season and will be shut down.

Walter Clayton Jr. has been traded to the Memphis Grizzlies along with Kyle Anderson, Georges Niang, Taylor Hendricks, and three future first round picks for Jaren Jackson Jr., Vince Williams, and John Konchar. (Source: Shams Charania via X)

Fantasy Impact: Clayton has flashed some decent depth potential at times for the Jazz this season, and will now get to show his stuff after a change in scenery in Memphis. The main bits of this deal of course are the picks for Jackson, the rest is really filler, but hopefully some of these lesser Jazz players can find some fantasy relevance in their new homes.

Taylor Hendricks has been traded to the Memphis Grizzlies along with a host of other assets in a blockbuster move for Jaren Jackson Jr. (Source: Shams Charania via X)

Fantasy Impact: This is a huge deal that is seeing Hendricks, Walter Clayton Jr., Kyle Anderson, Georges Niang, and three future first round picks traded to Memphis for Jackson, John Konchar, and Vince Williams to the Jazz. Hendricks hasn’t caught on in Utah after being a former lottery selection, so a change of scenery in Memphis on a now rebuilding roster could do him some good. He’s still off th board for fantasy at the moment, but worth keeping an eye on now.

Kyle Anderson has been traded from the Utah Jazz to the Memphis Grizzlies as part of a deal that’s sending Jaren Jackson Jr. to the Jazz. (Source: Shams Charania via X)

Fantasy Impact: This is a massive deal that is seeing Anderson, Walter Clayton Jr., Taylor Hendricks, Georges Niang, and three future first round picks sent to Memphis for Jackson, John Konchar, and Vince Williams to the Jazz. The Jazz clearly think they have something here, and Memphis looks like they have decided to rebuild. This should be very interesting for the likes of Anderson, Clayton, and Hendricks, who all may have a chance to start for the now rebuilding Grizzlies.
