Fantasy Impact: Donald rejoins the Rams after two seasons of retirement, adding another elite talent to a star-studded defensive line that traded for superstar edge Myles Garrett during the offseason for a Rams organization seemingly going all-in for another Super Bowl appearance this upcoming season.

Fantasy Impact: Blue had trouble finding a role last year, a lot of which came due to character and work ethic concerns. While that seems to have changed heading into this season, it wasn’t enough for him to avoid roster cuts. Dallas will now have Malik Davis as the primary backup behind Javonte Williams, with Phil Mafah and Hunter Luepke mixing in.

Fantasy Impact: After being chosen with the 33rd overall pick in 2023, Levis failed to impress the Titans enough to keep them from selecting Cam Ward in 2025. Levis himself believes he is worth a starting job somewhere, but finding the job could prove difficult. However, Miami is currently in need of a backup QB, so he could find a home there along with former Titan Malik Willis.

The Raiders released TE Albert Okwuegbunam.

Fantasy Impact: Okwuegbunam will seek a depth role with another team.

The Saints waived Charlie Smyth.

Fantasy Impact: Smyth signed a three-year deal with New Orleans back in December. He'll seek another opportunity heading into the season.

The Bears released OT Jedrick Wills.

Fantasy Impact: Wills suffered an injury in practice last week. It is unclear how serious it was.

The Jets acquired C Jordan Meredith from the Raiders.

Fantasy Impact: Meredith will add depth on the offensive line for the Jets.

The Titans waived WR Courtney Jackson.

Fantasy Impact: Jackson will seek another opportunity heading into the season.

Fantasy Impact: White had 12 carries over six games for the Raiders last season. He'll seek another opportunity heading into the season.

The Packers acquired TE Mark Redman from the Rams.

Fantasy Impact: Redman will add depth in the tight end room for Green Bay.

The Falcons waived RB Nathan Carter.

Fantasy Impact: Carter signed with the Falcons as an undrafted free agent last season. He'll seek another opportunity heading into the season.

The Chiefs waived Esa Pole.

Fantasy Impact: Pole signed with the Chiefs as a UDFA last year. He'll seek another opportunity heading into the season.

The Cowboys waived RB Phil Mafah.

Fantasy Impact: Mafah had been competing for a depth role in the Cowboys backfield. He'll seek another opportunity heading into the season.
