Kirk Cousins ‘fully healthy,’ could be trade candidate

Atlanta Falcons quarterback Kirk Cousins is "fully healthy" after tearing his Achilles tendon in 2023 and could be a trade candidate this season as he aims to continue playing. (Tom Pelissero on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Cousins still wants to be a starter in the NFL, but after being benched late in 2024 in favor of then-rookie Michael Penix Jr., his status in Atlanta has been relegated to backup going forward. Cousins' contract impedes potential trade partnerships, but it is still possible that he gets traded — or even cut — at some point in 2025.
