Trey Palmer (hamstring) officially inactive for Week 3

Fantasy Impact:

Palmer was unable to practice to close out the week and was questionable to play against Seattle. With Devaughn Vele also out, Mason Tipton will likely serve as the WR4 against the Seahawks.
