Wednesday night in the Association features a massive 12-game slate filled with great matchups and offensive firepower. Four of the 12 games have an o/u of 220 or higher (NY @PHI, WAS @ HOU, NO @ MIL, OKC @ SAC), and it wouldn’t be a bad idea to target some guys from those games.
There are a ton of upside plays tonight, so let’s get to it. I’m going to highlight 10 players ranging from top dollar to bargain bin that you should consider when setting your DraftKings lineups tonight. Of course, you can’t play all of them together, but any of these players will be solid additions when building your rosters.

Top Dollar
Anthony Davis (PF/C – NO): $11,600 @ MIL
There’s not much to be said for one of fantasy’s most dominant forces. The Brow currently averages 23.7 points, 10.5 rebounds, 4.7 assists, 1.7 steals, and 2.8 blocks. He’s averaging 37-12 over his last three, adding four assists per game in that time and attempting just over 28 shots. The Bucks allow the ninth most points to PFs at 48.47. As if AD weren’t getting enough work, Nikola Mirotic and Julius Randle will both sit on Wednesday, making Davis the only reliable option in the frontcourt and well worth his steep price tag.

Giannis Antetokounmpo (SF – MIL): $11,100 vs. NO
I know you won’t be able to fit Giannis and AD both into your lineups, but this game has an o/u of 233 and should have plenty of scoring. In his last 10 games, the Greek Freak has failed to hit 50 DK points only twice, and he has three games of at least 74 DK points. His price has dropped by $200 since his last game, and this matchup isn’t scary at all. I’m fine with Giannis or Anthony Davis, but since you’ll have to pick one or the other because of salary, I’m building my lineup around AD.
Kawhi Leonard (SF/PF – TOR): $9,200 vs. IND
The injuries continue to mount for the Raps as Jonas Valanciunas will sit on Wednesday night and Serge Ibaka and Kyle Lowry are Questionable again. Pascal Siakam and Fred VanVleet should be back, but they have still not been cleared. In his last five games, Leonard is averaging 51 DK points, and without Lowry, he’ll be even more vital to the offense. Leonard’s price actually makes him a value because of his high usage and upside. I like him at home against the Pacers tonight.
Mid-Range
Spencer Dinwiddie (PG/SG – BKN): $7,300 @ CHI
I’ll keep riding with Dinwiddie tonight as he’s enjoying a great stretch in recent weeks, averaging just over 37 DK points in his last five games. He just inked a three-year, $34 million extension, and Brooklyn won its sixth straight game last night, holding off Lebron James and the Lakers. It’s the second of a back-to-back, but Chicago’s poor defense makes Dinwiddie an appealing play tonight.
De’Aaron Fox (PG – SAC): $7,000 vs. OKC
Fox has been on a tear recently, notching at least 46 DK points in three of his last four games prior to Monday night. He played only six minutes in Monday’s blowout loss to the Timberwolves, and he should be fresh for a home matchup against the Thunder. Both teams rank in the top-eight in pace of play, and this game has an o/u of 235, the highest of any game on tonight’s slate. Fox will get plenty of possessions this evening, and he’s reasonably priced, as his cost has fallen to only $7,000.
Derrick Rose (PG – MIN): $6,700 vs. DET
Rose has seen a career revitalization playing in Minnesota for Coach Thibs this season. His FG percentage is the highest of his career at 49.3, and he’s draining a ridiculous 47.8% of his threes, also a career best. Rose’s 18.5 PPG is his most in seven years. With Jeff Teague out on Wednesday, Rose should shoulder most of the load at PG against a Pistons team giving up the eighth most points to PGs this year. Backup Tyus Jones (PG – MIN) $3,600 will see his share of minutes and could make a sneaky value play if you don’t want to pay for Rose.
Kris Dunn (PG/SG – CHI): $6,300 vs. BKN
Zach LaVine will once again sit out, and Dunn should continue to be in the starting five for Chicago. Dunn is averaging 18 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 5 assists in his last two games, good for 33 DK PPG in that time. This Brooklyn defense has been giving to the PG position this year, and Dunn should get it done tonight.
Bargain Bin
Trevor Ariza (SF/PF – WAS): $4,500 @ HOU
Scott Brooks wasted no time getting his new addition involved as Ariza entered the starting lineup for the Wizards on Tuesday night against Atlanta. He finished the game with 19 points, eight boards, four assists, and six steals. He also added four triples. Ariza’s stat line was great, and it was encouraging to see him make an impact so quickly after arriving in Washington. He played 38 minutes in the loss and jacked up 17 shots. Otto Porter has been ruled out tonight, giving Ariza even more opportunities. He’ll face his former team in a “revenge game” against Houston tonight, and he could go off in an arena where he’s very comfortable. The price is right.
Cody Zeller (C – CHA): $5,300 vs. CLE
He’s low priced for a big man, and he’s not a bad play at all facing a generous Cleveland defense that will once again be without Kevin Love and Tristan Thompson. Zeller has put together a nice string of games, and he’s averaging 32.8 DK points in his last four. The Hornets are huge home favorites at -12.5, and I think Zeller returns a lot of value tonight.
Tim Frazier (PG – NO): $4,700 @ MIL
Frazier put up a dud three nights ago against Miami, playing only 12 minutes and totaling 3.8 DK points. In the four games prior, he averaged over 30 minutes per game and 29 DK points. With Elfrid Payton still out, Frazier will start at the point again. This is a matchup to exploit because of the pace of play and high scoring, which is why I’ve named several players from this one already. Eric Bledsoe and Khris Middleton are good plays too, but at only 4.7K, Frazier is a cheap value play with upside who may not have a ton of ownership after his recent bad game.
*Deep Dive Bonus*
Jevon Carter (PG –MEM): $3,300 @ POR
He’s averaging 23.5 minutes in his first two games in action and 15.8 DK points. Carter got his call-up from the G League with injuries piling up for Memphis, and he’s made the most of his limited opportunities. Mike Conley sat Monday and could sit again tonight, opening the door for Carter to produce again. I couldn’t resist mentioning Carter here (Let’s Go Mountaineers!), and this isn’t just a homer pick. The second-rounder from WVU is a solid player who swarms on defense. He only needs to hit 16.5 DK points for value, and that number is certainly attainable tonight.
