We had another solid lineup in Week 15, but I ended up just missing out on a cash prize.
It’s been that kind of year. Let’s hope we can get some better fortune in Week 16. The NFL gave us the gift of a game on Christmas this year, so make sure to get your lineups in before the holidays!

Quarterback
Baker Mayfield (CLE): $7,600
The Jets might be a bit hungover from winning the Super Bowl. I mean winning a game this season. Meanwhile, the Browns can’t afford a letdown game in the heated AFC playoff race. Unlike the Rams, I expect Cleveland to aggressively attack New York’s lousy secondary. While Patrick Mahomes against the Falcons is a great matchup, I’m going to save some bucks and roll with Mayfield, who has been red hot lately.
Running Backs
Derrick Henry (TEN): $10,400
Henry has put up at least 24.2 FanDuel points in three of his last four games. He should have another monstrous day against Green Bay’s lousy run defense. The steep price will be worth it.
J.D. McKissic (WSH): $5,800
As you’ll see, I needed to find some bargains across my lineup to accommodate a couple of studs. McKissic is a great option at this price point. He gets steady work with Antonio Gibson out and faces a Panthers defense that’s bad against the run and has given up 82 receptions to opposing tailbacks. In a game Washington can’t afford to drop, I’d expect lots of McKissic with Dwayne Haskins under center.
Wide Receivers
Jarvis Landry (CLE): $6,500
When can we say stacking two Cleveland Browns has been a worthwhile investment? I love Mayfield and Landry this week. He’s gotten at least eight targets in his last four games and offers a really sturdy floor with a high ceiling in this matchup.
Davante Adams (GB): $9,200
Like Henry, Adams will be worth every plenty in this Sunday night showdown. Tennessee’s secondary is in shambles. Expect Adams to get back on track after only scoring 7.7 FanDuel points last week in a game the Packers put on cruise control in the second half.
Jamison Crowder (NYJ): $6,000
The Jets’ offense is actually playing better and could put up plenty of points against Cleveland’s defense. Crowder hasn’t been great as of late, but I like his odds of posting double-digit points this week.
Tight End
Dalton Schultz (DAL): $5,200
I’m done paying big for tight ends this season, so I’ll roll with Schultz as a decent bet to get into the end zone. Philadelphia has allowed eight touchdowns to tight ends this season.
FLEX
Mecole Hardman (KC): $5,500
When you’ve got Derrick Henry and Davante Adams in the same lineup, you’ve got to make some cuts elsewhere. While many might be banking on a Mahomes-Tyreek Hill stack this week, I’ll take a chance on the cheaper big play threat in Kansas City’s offense.
Defense / Special Teams
Los Angeles Chargers: $3,700
I’m not asking for much out of the Chargers here. They were cheap and Drew Lock is turnover prone. It’s worth a roll of the dice.
