That 13-game card on Wednesday was nuts. It wasn’t easy to fill out lineups because there were so many good values plays out there. It led to an average day for yours truly, but the article went pretty well. We don’t have as much action here, but let’s go ahead and get into it!
After a monstrous 13-game ledger on Wednesday, we’re down to just three games here. Come on, NBA schedule people! We need the games spread out more! In any case, this is always a feature night for the NBA, with two of these games being nationally televised. It also highlights some of the best teams in the NBA, so it should be fun. With that in mind, let’s take a look at the schedule and odds!

Core Plays
Paul George (SG/SF – LAC): $10,200 DraftKings, $10,300 FanDuel
PG13 is a legitimate MVP candidate with the way he’s playing right now. The LA wing is averaging 26.7 points, 8.3 rebounds, 5.4 assists, and 2.5 steals per game. That has led to a 39-point floor and a 51-point average. Those averages are tough to match, and it makes him the best play on the board.

Tyler Herro (SG – MIA): $6,100 DraftKings, $6,400 FanDuel
Jimmy Butler just rolled his ankle on Wednesday night, and that makes it seem unlikely that he’ll play here. That leaves about 35 minutes and 20 shots on the table, making Herro a prime candidate to pick up that usage. He’s plenty capable of carrying the load, leading this team with a 29 percent usage rate, anyway. He’s also averaging over 34 fantasy points per game in this expanded role and is going off in this Lakers game as I’m writing this.
Andre Drummond (C – PHI): $8,600 DraftKings, $9,100 FanDuel
Drum has finally gotten the price increase he deserves. It doesn’t matter, though, with Drummond posting the best rebound rate in the NBA. That has led to him scoring at least 51 DraftKings points in all three starts he’s made for Embiid, which means he should be a five-figure player. Toronto isn’t a terrible matchup either, owning an 18th OPRK against opposing centers this season.
Cash Game Considerations
Rudy Gobert (C – UTA): $8,000 DraftKings, $8,900 FanDuel
Gobert is one of the best cash game options on every slate. The reason for that is his rebounding, leading the NBA with nearly 16 boards a game. That has led to him scoring at least 34 DraftKings points in all but one game this season, en route to a 42-point average. That’s rare to see from an $8K player, especially with Indiana having one of the worst defenses in the NBA.
Tyrese Maxey (PG/SG – PHI): $6,800 DraftKings, $7,000 FanDuel
Philly is missing about half of their roster, and it’s forced Maxey into a crazy role. The 21-year-old has played at least 39 minutes in four straight fixtures, averaging 40 DK points per game across 42 minutes a night in that span. That’s what you want out of a cash game player, and it makes it hard to believe he’s still at $7,000.
Reggie Jackson (PG – LAC): $6,400 DraftKings, $6,300 FanDuel
R-Jax was more of a GPP player earlier in the season, but he’s starting to realize that he’s the Clippers second-best player. It’s really evident in his role, averaging 17.2 shots and 35.3 minutes a game. That’s what you see with many of the $9K players, and it’s led to Jackson posting a 40-point average over his last four games, scoring at least 31 fantasy points in all of those.
GPP Targets
Shake Milton (PG/SG – PHI): $5,600 DraftKings, $6,200 FanDuel
It’s always tough to know if Milton will get a significant role, but that’s why he’s a great GPP target. With Simmons, Embiid, Harris, and Curry all nicked up, we expect Shake to do his thing here. He’s scored at least 34 DraftKings points in three of his last four games, doing a lot of the ball-handling for this shorthanded team. If three of those guys sit here, look for him to duplicate that again.
Royce O’Neale (SF/PF – UTA): $4,500 DraftKings, $5,300 FanDuel
O’Neale has quietly been good for Utah this season. The elite defender always plays 30-35 minutes, but he’s been providing some fantasy gems recently. In fact, Rolls Royce has at least 24 DK points in four straight games, generating a 31-point average in that span. That’s all you can ask for from such a cheap player, particularly against a 25th-ranked Pacers defense.
Eric Bledsoe (PG/SG – LAC): $4,700 DraftKings, $4,900 FanDuel
Bledsoe’s volatility has made him a formidable fantasy option to figure out, but that’s why he’s found his way into the GPP section. The former Phoenix guard has at least 23 DK points in six of 10 games this season, dropping 30-plus in three of those. That’s hard to overlook from a sub-$5K player, and it makes him one of the best options on a short three-game slate.
Value Plays
Furkan Korkmaz (SG/SF – PHI): $5,000 DraftKings, $5,800 FanDuel
Korkmaz just had one of the worst shooting performances I’ve ever seen on Tuesday. He went 2-of-16 from the field, but that’s an encouraging sign. It means he’s one of the primary scorers on this team, and he still provided five points, five rebounds, and five assists. He should continue to get minutes and fire-up shots with all of these Philly players missing, making him an easy play below $6K.
Nicolas Batum (SG/SF – LAC): $5,300 DraftKings, $6,100 FanDuel
Batum has come out of nowhere to become fantasy-relevant once again. The Frenchman has at least 26 DK points in six straight games, posting a 31-point average in that span. That makes it hard to believe he remains this cheap, especially with Miami owning a 22nd OPRK against opposing wings this year.
Precious Achiuwa (PF/C – TOR): $4,200 DraftKings, $4,900 FanDuel
With Khem Birch and Aron Baynes sidelined, The Big Sneeze has taken on a huge role in this rotation. That looks even better with Chris Boucher in the doghouse and Pascal Siakam possibly sitting in the second half of a B2B set. If that happens, Achiuwa is a lock, scoring at least 26 DraftKings points in three of his last four games.
