Dynasty ADP Risers & Draft Targets
Which player’s dynasty value will INCREASE the most through summer training camp and the preseason?
Matthew Golden (WR – GB)
“Rookie WR Matthew Golden is currently Dynasty ECR WR40, which feels crazy low to me. His competition in Green Bay is Jayden Reed, Romeo Doubs, Christian Watson, and fellow rookie Savion Williams. All of these receivers are top-four round NFL draft picks, but Golden is the only first-rounder. I think he’ll be the one to roster once we see him on the field more. He was a first-round rookie draft pick for a reason, and if Jordan Love and the Packers are going to make a deep playoff run, that will require a huge rookie season from Golden. I’m all in.”

Kyle Williams (WR – NE)
“Kyle Williams is, and will continue to be, a name to monitor and know throughout the summer for dynasty managers. Williams arrives in New England with a shot at immediate playing time in a Patriots offense void of offensive difference-makers. The Patriots signed Stefon Diggs to a deal this offseason, but questions abound as to how healthy Diggs will be to start the season after his ACL injury in 2024. Williams has already made noise in OTAs for the Patriots, flashing his big-time speed and playmaking ability. If Williams can earn the snaps with Drake Maye and develop a connection with the signal caller for the Patriots, it may be hard for the Patriots and dynasty managers alike to ignore him.”

J.J. McCarthy (QB – MIN)
“J.J. McCarthy’s dynasty value vastly depends on how fantasy players felt about the former Michigan star coming out of college. Unfortunately, he didn’t play as a rookie because of a torn meniscus. However, the Vikings showed significant confidence in him by letting Sam Darnold walk in free agency after coming off a career year while only adding Sam Howell as a backup quarterback. McCarthy played well in his lone preseason game last year, totaling two passing touchdowns and 15.3 fantasy points on 17 attempts. More importantly, Minnesota improved its offensive line this offseason, adding three new starters, including first-round NFL Draft pick Donovan Jackson. Furthermore, they have an elite set of weapons. Therefore, don’t be surprised if every report out of training camp for McCarthy is positive, and he shines during the preseason, leading to him rising in redraft and dynasty rankings.”

TreVeyon Henderson (RB – NE)
“TreVeyon Henderson is primed for a dynasty value surge as training camp unfolds and preseason approaches. His blazing speed, highlighted by a 4.43-second 40-yard dash, has been showcased in camp, where he’s consistently making explosive plays. With Rhamondre Stevenson leading the backfield, Henderson’s elite burst and receiving ability position him as a strong PPR asset. He led the Big Ten in 2024, averaging 7.1 yards per carry, proving his ability to maximize touches even in a rotational role. If he continues to shine in camp and perform well in preseason action, his value could rise in dynasty rankings and solidify himself as a long-term fantasy weapon.”

Josh Downs (WR – IND)
“Josh Downs is currently being drafted as the WR44 in dynasty startups. Downs was the WR32 in FPPG last year with Anthony Richardson and Joe Flacco throwing him the ball. It is trending in the direction that Daniel Jones is going to start the season as the leader in the QB room for Indy. In the eight games that Daniel Jones started last year, Malik Nabers averaged 17.4 FPPG, so even though Jones might not be the best quarterback, he has shown that he can support a WR1 for fantasy football. I believe Josh Downs can be a high-end WR2 with WR1 spike weeks with Daniel Jones as his starting quarterback this season.”
– Nick Penticoff (Fantasy Football Astronauts)
Ricky Pearsall (WR – WAS)
“Ricky Pearsall seems like a good candidate for a summer hype campaign. His athleticism and 4.4 speed will pop in training camp. We’ll see video clips of Pearsall winning his share of one-on-ones in practices against the 49ers’ mediocre cornerbacks. And the absence of WR Brandon Aiyuk, who’s recovering from ACL and MCL tears, will remind people that Pearsall, who had 14 catches for 210 yards and two TDs in San Francisco’s last two regular-season games, has a chance to be the 49ers’ top wide receiver in 2025.”

Jarquez Hunter (RB – LAR)
“Here’s a Ringo longshot special… Rams’ rookie RB Jarquez Hunter, whose current consensus dynasty ranking is hovering around RB73. When I checked Kyren Williams‘ current ranking at RB11, I did a double-take. That seems pretty high for an RB with some red flags. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that the Rams traded up in the draft to take Jarquez Hunter while Kyren enters the final year of his contract. And while it’s true that Kyren played all seventeen games last season, he wore down. He lacked the ability to consistently generate big plays. Hunter earned First Team All-SEC last season, and a big reason why was his ability to take it the distance. Don’t be surprised if Jarquez Hunter makes some noise this summer, he’s that good.”

Rashee Rice (WR – KC)
“All signs point to Rashee Rice being available for the Chiefs to start this season. His pending legal situation seems like it will be pushed into 2026, so there are fewer concerns about any potential suspension this season. Every report regarding Rice’s health is tied to his LCL/hamstring injury that ended his season last year, and has been positive out of early offseason activities. His dynasty value is going to continue to climb (currently WR23) as we reflect on how productive Rice was as a fantasy WR1 last season, averaging 17.6 PPG and a 32% target share before his injury. He’s already seeing his best ball ADP rise to the 2-3 turn. All signs point to Rashee Rice being available for the Chiefs to start this season. If you want exposure to him in best ball drafts, take him now with his price in the WR20 range at the 3-4 turn. Although I do want to express some reservations with Rice and a rising draft cost, given that players always report to “look great” or ahead of schedule, from season-ending injuries.”
