Best Fantasy Football Draft Values For Every Commissioner Site

When preparing for your fantasy football drafts, knowing which players to target and others to avoid is important. The amount of information available can be overwhelming, so a great way to condense the data and determine players to draft and others to leave for your leaguemates is to use our expert consensus fantasy football rankings compared to fantasy football average draft position (ADP). In this way, you can identify players the experts are willing to reach for at ADP and others they are not drafting until much later than average. Let’s dive into a few of the best fantasy football draft values on each of the top commissioner sites.

J.J. McCarthy (MIN) – ADP 123.2 | QB21

While he didn’t have Justin Jefferson for the Week 1 preseason matchup, McCarthy played well. Furthermore, he was productive in the lone preseason game last year. Yet, that’s not why I have high hopes for him in 2025. Minnesota has an excellent set of weapons, as Jefferson, Jordan Addison, and T.J. Hockenson form one of the top trios in the NFL. Furthermore, the Vikings improved their offensive line by adding Donovan Jackson, Will Fries, and Ryan Kelly this offseason. Don’t be surprised if McCarthy has a Patrick Mahomes-lite sophomore-year breakout.

Kenneth Walker III (SEA) – ADP 42.5 | RB16

Unfortunately, Walker missed a career-high six games last season because of injury. Yet, he had an outstanding year when healthy. The former Michigan State star was the RB12 on a points-per-game basis, averaging 16.5 PPR fantasy points per outing. Furthermore, Walker posted a career-high 4.6% rushing touchdown rate, totaling seven scores in 11 games. More importantly, he set career highs in receptions (46) and targets (54) despite missing significant time with injuries. Don’t be surprised if Walker is even more involved in the passing game under new offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba (WR – SEA) | ECR: 19/ADP: 34

After playing third-fiddle to DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett during his rookie campaign, Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba ascended to No. 1 WR status last season. He led the Seahawks with 100 receptions, 1,130 receiving yards and six touchdown receptions.

Smith-Njigba averaged 14.9 points per game last season, finishing as the WR9 in PPR formats. Despite that breakout season, he is being drafted as the WR15 on ESPN.

That may be due to Seattle replacing quarterback Geno Smith with Sam Darnold, but Smith-Njigba could be in line for even more volume after the departures of Metcalf and Lockett this offseason.

The Seahawks did sign former Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp to a three-year, $45 million contract this offseason, but Smith-Njigba should remain the alpha in Seattle’s wide receiver room. Some risk is involved, but the potential downgrade in quarterback doesn’t justify a 15-spot difference between Smith-Njigba’s FantasyPros expert consensus ranking (ECR) and his ADP.

Other values at wide receiver include Nico CollinsBrian Thomas Jr., Drake London and Ladd McConkey. However, Smith-Njigba might be the most mispriced of them all.

Marvin Mims Jr. (DEN) – ADP 152.1 | WR56

Mims was the WR22 from Week 13 through Week 18, averaging 17.5 PPR fantasy points per game, a higher average than Courtland Sutton (15.1). According to Fantasy Points Data, he averaged a higher fantasy points per route run average (1.12) than Puka Nacua (0.92), Brian Thomas Jr. (0.64), Justin Jefferson (0.58), and Nico Collins (0.55) over the final six regular-season contests. Yet, Mims had a 33.5% lower route participation rate than any of those four superstar wide receivers during those six weeks. He is primed for a breakout year.

Tucker Kraft (GB) – ADP 114.5 | TE14

Last year, Kraft was the TE10, averaging 9.6 PPR fantasy points per game, leading the Packers in receiving touchdowns (seven). Yet, the veteran could be even better this season. According to Fantasy Points Data, Kraft ranked 26th in target per route run rate (17%) among 36 tight ends with at least 40 targets last year. However, he finished seventh in yards per route run (1.9) and first in yards after the catch per reception (9.38). Don’t be surprised if Kraft leads all tight ends in receiving touchdowns this season.
