Saturday’s six-game NBA DFS slate locks at 7:00 p.m. ET and features a mix of high-scoring environments and a couple of matchups with clear blowout risk. Sacramento Kings–Miami Heat (239) and Atlanta Hawks–Washington Wizards (236) carry the top projected totals, while every other game sits below 230, with Milwaukee Bucks–Detroit Pistons at the bottom at 223.
On the spread side, Milwaukee–Detroit (-12.5) and Los Angeles Clippers–Minnesota Timberwolves (-11) stand out as the two matchups most likely to get out of hand.
With a slate this varied — high totals, multiple key injuries and several teams on the second night of a back-to-back — finding the right leverage spots will matter. Below are some of the top plays and value targets for tonight’s slate.

NBA DraftKings & FanDuel DFS Primer
NBA DFS Core Plays
Cade Cunningham (PG – DET)
- DraftKings: $10,400
- FanDuel: $10,500
Cade Cunningham gets another shot at the Milwaukee Bucks after a rough showing in Wednesday’s matchup, when he managed 17 points on 33.3% shooting with seven rebounds and seven assists. It wasn’t his most efficient outing, but the usage remained steady which is always a great sign.
He’s coming off a strong bounce-back effort last night against the Portland Trail Blazers, pouring in 29 points on 45.7% shooting. With his workload locked in and one of the highest ceilings on the slate, Cunningham profiles as a strong option.
Jalen Johnson (SF, PF – ATL)
- DraftKings: $10,000
- FanDuel: $10,200
Jalen Johnson is coming off his third triple-double of the season after delivering 21 points, 18 rebounds, and 16 assists against the Denver Nuggets last night. His role continues to expand, and he’s been one of the more reliable all-around contributors in this price range.
He now looks to notch his third triple-double in five games as he faces the Washington Wizards, who have allowed the most fantasy points to opposing power forwards over their last seven games and rank 29th in defensive efficiency during that stretch. Johnson’s versatility and heavy minutes keep him firmly in play in this elite matchup.
NBA DFS Cash Game Targets
Kawhi Leonard (SF, PF – LAC)
- DraftKings: $8,100
- FanDuel: $8,700
Marvin Bagley III (C – WAS)
- DraftKings: $5,200
- FanDuel: $5,200
NBA DFS GPP Targets
Anthony Edwards (SG, SF – MIN)
- DraftKings: $9,800
- FanDuel: $9,600
Anthony Edwards was limited to a season-low in shot attempts during Thursday’s win over the New Orleans Pelicans, going 3-for-6 from the field and finishing with just 11 points against a struggling team. Foul trouble hampered his minutes and rhythm, which partly explains the subdued output.
Tonight feels like a bounce-back opportunity for Edwards, especially against the Los Angeles Clippers, who rank 22nd in defensive efficiency over their last seven games. With his usage likely to climb and the matchup favoring his scoring upside, Edwards should be ready to deliver a stronger performance.
Kel’el Ware (PF, C – MIA)
- DraftKings: $5,600
- FanDuel: $6,300
Kel’el Ware has been inconsistent recently, which has kept many away from him, and for good reason. However, tonight’s matchup against the Sacramento Kings presents a risk worth taking.
The Kings have struggled defensively, ranking 25th in efficiency over their last seven games and allowing the most fantasy points to opposing centers during that span. If Ware gets his usual minutes, he has a clear path to production and upside in this favorable spot.
NBA DFS Value Plays
Justin Champagnie (SF, PF – WAS)
- DraftKings: $4,100
- FanDuel: $4,300
Quinten Post (C – GSW)
- DraftKings: $4,500
- FanDuel: $3,900
With Al Horford (sciatica) ruled out, Jimmy Butler III (knee), and Draymond Green (foot) questionable, Quinten Post is positioned to see 20-plus minutes in this spot. Boston’s frontcourt is thin tonight, and Post should be one of the primary beneficiaries of the extra run.
He’s already shown flashes of what he can provide, averaging 8.1 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 1.4 assists in 17.3 minutes during November. With a clear path to an expanded role, Post offers solid value and sneaky upside on this slate.
Will Riley (SF – WAS)
- DraftKings: $3,400
- FanDuel: $3,700
Will Riley is another Washington Wizards player positioned to benefit from the team’s growing list of injuries, and his role could expand even further if additional players are ruled out. He’s logged 26 minutes in each of his last two games, averaging 10 points, four rebounds, and 1.5 assists while showing solid energy on both ends.
The 19-year-old’s value rises if Khris Middleton (knee) or Cam Whitmore (illness) is unable to go, as Washington would have no choice but to lean on its young wings for extended stretches. Riley already carries a stable minutes floor with the current state of the Wizards roster, and any additional absences would only elevate his appeal as a salary-saving option.
