Mets SS Amed Rosario left today's Mets-Red Sox game after being hit by a pitch from Mike Shawaryn on the left hand. The Mets will have an update later today. (Anthony DiComo on Twitter)

Rosario was looked at by trainers after he was hit and ultimately left the game accompanied by trainers. An update should be provided later today as Rosario fantasy owners (and Mets fans) hold their collective breath.
