Fantasy Impact:
Yankees Senior Director of Player Development Kevin Reese says there's a chance Dominguez will debut for Low-A Tampa this year. "He doesn't look like an 18-year-old kid," Reese elaborated. "You notice that in everything he does. He jumps off the page at you as you watch him perform. I apologize that you have to wait a little bit longer for that mystery to unveil itself, but when it comes, you'll know." Dominguez is one of the most hyped prospects in recent years, but he has yet to play a professional game due to signing at such a young age followed by the cancellation of the minor league season last year. Still, he absolutely needs to be rostered in dynasty leagues and could rise up prospect rankings quickly if all goes well. The plan is for the potential five-tool star to play exclusively center field in extended spring training.
