Justin Martinez (elbow) to miss 12-to-13 months

Diamondbacks manager Torey Lovullo told reporters that Justin Martinez will miss 12-13 months with the UCL sprain in his right elbow.
Fantasy Impact:
Martinez continues to wait for a second opinion, but either way he won't return this season. It is currently unclear if he will require surgery.
