Fantasy Impact:
After taking on-field batting practice on Tuesday, Vargas is ready to return to the lineup on Wednesday against the Tampa Bay Rays. He is slated to bat sixth and play third base. In a corresponding move, Bryan Ramos has been optioned to Triple-A Charlotte.
