Tigers closer Kenley Jansen locked down his first save with his new club in a 5-2 win over the Padres on Thursday.
Fantasy Impact:
Jansen laid waste to the Padres in the bottom of the ninth on Thursday, striking out the side on just 11 pitches, 10 of which were strikes. The future Hall of Famer's save on Thursday was the 477th of his career, as he figures to be in the mix for the most saves in the American League this season.
