Pete Crow-Armstrong has two hits, swipes two bags Saturday
by David Leisering | Cubs Correspondent | Sat, Mar 28th 10:45pm EDT
Pete Crow-Armstrong went 2-for-4 with a walk and a pair of stolen bases as the Chicago Cubs defeated the Washington Nationals, 10-2, on Saturday.
Fantasy Impact:
Crow-Armstrong is off to a hot start on the young season with two hits in each of his first two games. He is 4-for-9 with a walk and two stolen bases while hitting cleanup for the Cubs. Crow-Armstrong stole 27 bases in 2024 and 35 last season and was one of seven players in baseball to reach the 30-30 mark a year ago. The young star should take a run at another 30-30 season in 2026 although he's a much safer bet to get to 30 stolen bases than he is to get to 30 home runs.
