Spencer Horwitz opens Sunday win with home run

Spencer Horwitz went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and a walk on Sunday as the Pirates defeated the Blue Jays, 4-1.
Fantasy Impact:
Horwitz belted the first pitch of the game from Blue Jays' starter Dylan Cease over the right field wall to give the Pirates a 1-0 lead. It was the second time this season that Horwitz has batted leadoff for the Pirates and he responded on Sunday by reaching base twice in five plate appearances. The home run was his fifth of the season and gives him 23 RBI on the year. Horwitz is hitting .340 over his last 15 games and is up to .274 on the season. If he remains in the leadoff spot, his fantasy value would see a substantial increase.
