Fantasy Impact:
Palencia missed around three weeks on the IL earlier this season. Now, the young fireballer will hit the shelf again due to inflammation in his elbow. Jacob Webb and Caleb Thielbar are likely at the top of the list for save chances in the Cubs' bullpen now.
