Gage Jump allowed three hits and one walk while striking out nine over five scoreless innings in Wednesday’s loss to the Giants.
Fantasy Impact:
Jump continues a strong stretch on the mound of late, allowing one earned run or less in four of his last five contests. The left-hander has offered manager Mark Kotsay one of the few impactful starting options as part of an underperforming Athletics rotation, carrying a 2.04 ERA and 0.96 WHIP with a 3-1 record and 8.9 K/9 ratio across six starts.
