Patrick Sandoval allowed one run on three hits and a walk while striking out three over four innings in Sunday’s rehab start with Triple-A Worcester. (MLB.com)

Sandoval has yet to make his Boston Red Sox debut as he continues to recover from internal brace surgery and a biceps injury suffered during spring training.
