Matt Bowman signs minors deal with Twins

Fantasy Impact:
Bowman recently opted out of his contract with the Blue Jays and became a free agent. Bowman is expected to join the bullpen of Triple-A St. Paul, where he began the season, posting a 1.69 ERA in 14 appearances (two starts).
