Victor Mesa Jr. went 2-for-5 with a home run, one run scored and two RBI in Tuesday’s 12-4 win over the Athletics.
Fantasy Impact:
Mesa’s homer came in the seventh inning, a 412-foot, two-run shot off Elvis Alvarado. While he owns a .226 OBP in August, he’s made up for the low on-base percentage with five extra-base hits and a .581 SLG.
