Brandon Young allowed four earned runs on eight hits and one walk while striking out three over four innings in Monday's 7-6 loss to the Rays.

He now owns a 3.52 ERA and 1.35 WHIP with a 9-3 record through 21 starts. Young struggled and failed to get out of the fifth inning for the second time in his last three starts. He is slated to take on Tampa Bay in a rematch in his next start.
