Javier Assad allowed one run on four hits and two walks while striking out three across 5.2 innings in Tuesday's 5-1 victory over the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Fantasy Impact: Assad continues to make a strong case for keeping his spot in the Chicago Cubs' rotation, limiting one of baseball's top offenses to just one run on a solo homer by Kyle Tucker. As a starter, the right-hander owns a 3.29 ERA and 1.15 WHIP with 35 strikeouts across 52 innings. He's currently lined up to make his next start on Tuesday against the Washington Nationals.
