Deandre Ayton fires on all cylinders in loss to Pistons

Deandre Ayton ended up with 20 points (10-12 FG, 0-1 FT), 10 rebounds, three assists, two blocks, and one steal over 35 minutes as the Suns fell to the Pistons 113-111 on Friday.
Fantasy Impact:
Ayton has become a double-double machine as he's now put one up in eight of 10 games this month. Patience has certainly paid off for fantasy owners that drafted him in spite of his 25-game suspension to start the year. Ayton's February encore on Saturday against the Warriors will cap off what has been a phenomenal month for the second-year center.
