Per sources, restricted free agent C Jarrett Allen and the Cleveland Cavaliers have agreed to terms on a five-year, $100M contract extension. (Chris Haynes on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Allen was widely expected to return to the Cavs, and now it’s official that he’ll do so on a five-year deal. The organization views him as a cornerstone of the franchise, and he’ll be able to mentor rookie Evan Mobley for a number of years. Look for Allen to continue to put up great fantasy numbers as a rebounder and shot blocker, as well as a scorer with high shooting percentages.
