Ricky Rubio agrees to three-year deal with the Cavaliers

Ricky Rubio and the Cleveland Cavaliers have come to terms on a three-year, $18.4 million deal. (Chris Haynes on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Rubio returns to Cleveland after tearing his ACL with the Cavs last season. He doesn't exactly have a clear timetable, but Cleveland clearly favors his veteran leadership with an otherwise young back court. He doesn't offer too much fantasy upside at this point in his career, but the fit makes sense for him and the Cavs.
