Horvat scored the only goal for Vancouver in their 4-1 loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins on Wednesday. He finished the game with a point, an even-rating, two PIMs, four shots, three hits and one block.

Fantasy Impact: The goal snaps his seven-game scoreless drought and was for naught as the Canucks couldn't get anything going. He made a nice solo effort to get to the net and put it under the bar. He's got six this year.

Fantasy Impact: Demko has been underwhelming in net for the Canucks to say the least. He takes a 3.07 goals against average and .905 save percentage into a matchup with a Penguins offense averaging 2.94 goals per game. If you have other options, use them.

Oliver Ekman-Larsson scored his second goal of the season. He also logged four SOG, one hit, and one block on the night.

Fantasy Impact: Ekman-Larsson now has four points in 18 games this season. He should remain on the waiver wire at this point.

J.T. Miller picked up his 11th assist of the season in Sunday's 5-1 loss to the Ducks.

Fantasy Impact: The Canucks appear to be a broken team right now but Miller continues to find ways to contribute to your fantasy team. He's on an eight game point streak and he's still a +2 despite the Canucks being outscored 19-6 in their last three games alone. He's a hard working player who won't change the way he plays when times are tough, so keep putting him in your lineups.

Anders Nilsson allowed four goals on 36 shots as the Canucks fell to the Tampa Bay Lightning Tuesday.

Fantasy Impact: To be blunt, Nilsson stinks right now. He hasn't won since October 16th. Nilsson is 6'6", has good hockey smarts and has demonstrated impressive athleticism in previous stints. It just hasn't come together for him this season —neither has any fantasy relevance.
