Fantasy Football Mock Draft: 12-Team, Late Pick (2026)

Check out our latest fantasy football mock draft below. This one is for a 12-team standard-scoring mock draft, where I drafted 10th overall.

Fantasy Football Mock Draft

1.10: Saquon Barkley (RB – PHI)

I really wanted to draft Amon-Ra St. Brown because I’m so high on the Lions’ offense entering 2026. In a standard scoring league, Saquon Barkley was the smart move, especially since six running backs went in the first nine picks.

2.01: Nico Collins (WR – HOU)

In a standard scoring league, you really should double-tap the running back position in the first two rounds.

De’Von Achane, Chase Brown and Kenneth Walker III were available, but I ultimately chose Nico Collins. CeeDee Lamb was heavily considered, too, but Collins was the pick because he has a higher ceiling with Jayden Higgins out for the season.

3.10: Travis Etienne Jr. (RB – NO)

At first glance, this feels a bit early for Travis Etienne Jr., but he should see a ton of volume in a high-paced Kellen Moore offense. His goal-line and passing-game role should increase with Alvin Kamara suffering an MCL sprain in camp.

4.03: D’Andre Swift (RB – CHI)

I really, really wanted to take Zay Flowers, but again, the standard scoring setting ultimately led me to take another running back, D’Andre Swift. He’s another back in a fast-paced offense under Ben Johnson.

5.10: Jameson Williams (WR – DET)

Getting Jameson Williams as my WR2 feels great. I think he scores a bit more in standard scoring due to his big-play ability, and we don’t have to rely on high volume like in PPR.

6.03: Terry McLaurin (WR – WSH)

Terry McLaurin set career highs across the board in Jayden Daniels‘ rookie season. If Daniels can stay healthy, McLaurin is set up for another big year.

Mike Evans, Christian Watson and Jadarian Price were also considered with this pick.

7.10: JK Dobbins (RB – DEN)

I wanted to add running back depth, and this pick came down to J.K. Dobbins, Jordan Mason and Jonathon Brooks.

8.03: Jonathon Brooks (RB – CAR)

It was surprising that Jonathon Brooks fell to me here. I was happy to add him, especially with Chuba Hubbard coming down with a hamstring injury.

9.10: Travis Kelce (TE – KC)

In standard scoring leagues, I tend to wait on tight end longer than normal. At this point in the draft, I was targeting players with goal-line upside and the ability to score touchdowns. The chemistry between Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes is second to none.

10.03: Jayden Reed (WR – GB)

Jayden Reed has a high ceiling. He is coming off an injury-riddled 2025 season, but the Packers gave him a three-year, $50 million extension this offseason, so they believe in him and plan to make him a huge part of this offense.

11.10: Jared Goff (QB – DET)

The choice was between two NFC North quarterbacks: Jordan Love and Jared Goff.

Love was ranked higher. However, Goff plays more games in a dome, has better offensive weapons around him and a better offensive line. Pretty easy decision.

12.03: De’Zhaun Stribling (WR – SF)

I highly doubt he falls this far in real drafts, but I love De’Zhaun Stribling in all formats. He has a clear path to the No. 2 WR role in San Francisco, and he has been getting a lot of great praise during training camp.

13.10: Tank Bigsby (RB – PHI)

Tank Bigsby is probably the top running back handcuff I’m targeting this year, especially if I have already drafted Saquon Barkley.

14.03: Seattle Seahawks D/ST & 15.10: Jake Bates (K – DET)
