The Pirates intend to option RHP Carmen Mlodzinski to Triple-A Indianapolis (Alex Stumpf on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Pittsburgh will bring up Mike Burrows to start on Thursday against the Brewers as the corresponding move. Mlodzinski struggled in his latest start last weekend.
