Framber Valdez inefficient in no-decision Friday versus Reds

by Brenton Kemp | Tigers Correspondent | Sat, Apr 25th 11:45am EDT

Tigers left-hander Framber Valdez pitched 4 1/3 innings of two-run ball while walking five in a no-decision Friday against the Reds.

Fantasy Impact:

Valdez fought his control in this one, also allowing four hits, including a homer, to go with his five walks in a short outing on Friday. He also struck our four. Friday marked the veteran southpaw's shortest outing of the season as he has gone at least six innings in four of his six starts on the season and no less than five before Friday. He will carry a 3.41 ERA into his next scheduled start on Thursday on the road against a stout Braves offense.
